The idea for the sports hall was first proposed in 1956, but construction didn't actually begin until 1983. The facility was finally completed in 1988—more than three decades after the original plan.
 
🏀 The floor may have witnessed nearly 40 years of community life. The sports hall was completed in 1988, so the parquet could date back to the late 1980s or early 1990s, depending on renovations. The hall has been the center of sports and cultural activities in Gaszowice ever since.
 
🏐 Thousands of volleyball matches, school tournaments, and training sessions were likely played on it. The hall has long hosted local sports clubs, school competitions, and amateur leagues.
