Premium (£55) - The blocks come bitumen free at 100% on the underside, with T&G cleaned (or cut off)
 
Premium (£60) - The blocks come bitumen free at 100%, on the underside with T&G cleaned (or cut off) + with the surface planed (pre-sanded, so then it's practically like new flooring).
